Consuello Hodges
Coach C
Consuello Hodges, widely known as Coach C, is a dynamic voice of healing, leadership, and transformation. A retired Lieutenant Colonel, Bronze Star recipient, and Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran, he brings a rare combination of battlefield-tested leadership, strategic discipline, and spiritual insight to every space he enters. His life and message are rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose shaped both in combat zones and in life’s most personal battles.
He is the author of two impactful books, Purpose in the Pain and Survived Life’s Challenges, where he delivers powerful insight on overcoming adversity, processing grief, and discovering purpose through life’s most difficult seasons.
With over 20 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and families, Consuello has dedicated his life to helping people navigate grief, identity, relationships, and emotional healing. His work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, allowing him to meet people where they are and lead them toward transformation with clarity and conviction.
A certified Master Resilience Trainer (U.S. Army), he has equipped leaders and communities with the tools to build mental toughness, emotional strength, and adaptability in high-pressure environments. His leadership is defined by integrity, accountability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to guide people through pressure without losing purpose.
Community Outreach
Consuello’s passion for community outreach is evident through his extensive work serving underserved and high-need populations. He has led and supported initiatives focused on:

As a seasoned ministry leader, Coach C has pastored multiple churches, developing leaders and building environments centered on truth, healing, and spiritual growth. His outreach extends beyond the walls of the church, meeting real needs in real communities.
He is also recognized for his mentorship connected to initiatives aligned with Steve Harvey, helping individuals develop discipline, direction, and purpose.
Coach C is the founder of Coach C’s House on Clubhouse, now recognized as one of the fastest-growing married and singles ministries, where he has moderated and led multiple high-impact rooms focused on relationships, emotional wellness, leadership, and faith.
